There are a number of ways you can take part in this pre-application consultation.

You can complete our short survey, which asks questions about how you use the existing facilities in Eastwood Park, your thoughts on the proposals, and how these might change how you use the facilities in the future.

We are also hosting two 'Ask the Design Team' events through this website.

These will offer the chance to speak directly to the design team through a live chat service and have your questions answered.

These events take place on Monday 24th May from 1pm to 5pm and Tuesday 25th May from 4pm to 8pm.

Clicking on the button in the bottom right of this page opens a chat box.

During the above times, our design team will be available to answer your questions and hear your ideas.

Outside of these times, you can use this chat box to send thoughts and questions to the design team.

Your feedback will be reviewed by East Renfrewshire Council (the applicant) and may be reused in a Pre-Application Consultation Report and submitted to East Renfrewshire Council Planning Dept.

Although any comments made to this consultation process may form part of a future planning application submission document, they will not be considered by East Renfrewshire Council as a formal representation to any future planning application.

All members of the public and local stakeholders will have the opportunity to make formal representation once a planning application has been submitted.
