As ERC made no reference to the evidence and/or documentation sent to Councillor Gordon Wallace (these were the points made in email sent to Councillor Wallace and can be found on page 16 of this topic) -

Q. Who contributed evidence and/or documentation to the review and report?
Q. Please give names of above.

A. A range of officers within the council provided this information.
and
the relevant heads of service responsible for officers who provided information are Jim Sneddon and Andrew Corry'

ERC were further asked -

Q. Please confirm how each of the points sent to Gordon Wallace (Cllr) as requested by him, was considered regarding the investigation and report.

A. This will be publicly available on 11/8/17 as previously advised to you on 6/6/17. Accordingly in terms of S27 of the FOI(SC)A 2002 this information is currently withheld.
