One thing about our Ms Innes, she is certainly consistent at being inconsistent.

Banned from communicating with staff, then the ban is removed.

E-mails intercepted, then the interception is lifted.

We have been informed that the SPSO have reached a decision in his matter and we will receive the finding within the next four weeks, we will report then.

We have been informed that the SPSO have upheld our complaints against the council. We are awaiting a letter with all the details and will report when it arrives.

Congratulations. At last the SPSO come to a correct decision and ERC collect the fruits of their Machiavellian behaviour. Macmillan & Fletcher can reflect on their shameful track record as they unwrap their pressies in three days time.

Well done ERNHW for staying the course. I for one am proud of you.

ERC have been, unknown to me, monitoring all of my ingoing e-mail, whether private or otherwise. They claim it has to do with the web site forum.

I have completed the councils complaints process and wish to refer it to the SPSO.
