WE are still ploughing through the 324 pages of this disclosure, what is evident is that Chairman Savio D'Souza of Giffnock Community Council has been heavily involved in the background with ERC in attempting to achieve certain goals. It is also evident that when these goals were not achieved, by coincidence Cllr Vincent Waters appears to then champion the identical goals with ERC.

Can someone please remind me of the names of the leader of ERC and the Chief Exec?
I didn't think it was D'Souza (or Waters)

The leader of East Renfrewshire Council is Cllr Jim Fletcher (Labour - Giffnock & Thornliebank) and the Civic Leader is Provost Alastair Carmichael (SNP).
