Sorry Angela,

You are attempting to answer questions that were actually raised in our letter dated 2nd February and not as you state 21st February.

How can you meet with the ICO Edinburgh when this is being dealt with by a separate entity, the ICO Wilmslow, England.

ICO Edinburgh deals with FOI (and this is about DPA).

ICO Wilmslow deals with DPA.

This is being dealt with by Wilmslow and we know that you have not met with the case officer, you have phoned him once since they made their decision and ruled that you should produce the material.

Secondly, why have you been in touch with the PIRC (Police Investigation and Review Commissionaire)

Police Scotland are in possession of the material that the commissionaire has ruled that you require to provide, why are you now attempting to lay the blame on the delay at the door of the PIRC.

Please stop making Police Scotland look foolish and provide the material as you have been required.

This material is in your possession and as such you are required to provide it.

We have today confirmed the position with the ICO in Wilmslow.

Police Scotland are the Data Controller and the Data Controller has been instructed to provided this material.

The PIRC can neither give or withdraw permission for Police Scotland to disclose this material.

A bundle of papers arrived this morning from Police Scotland

Marked

Private & Confidential

However as we have never entered into an agreement that we would treat this material as such, we will not be treating it as Private or Confidential.

The standard of the photocopies is a disgrace and takes time to try and read much of it.

A few new clues and some interesting facts emerging.

Still at lot missing.

Tucked in at the end of the bundle, this little gem.

Click on the image to enlarge, this is unfortunately the standard of the papers presented by Police Scotland to us.

This is the first mention of our 'Crime Mapping' ever since we started making enquiries into this abomination of a decision by a senior police officer, who we allege was working in conjunction with political masters.

On 15th June 2011 we received this email from Giffnock Police Office.
"Due to an ongoing review by Strathclyde Police Force Headquarters, with immediate effect, no media updates will be issued by Giffnock Area Command Support until further notice"

Therefore without the data which up until then had been free flowing from Strathclyde Police, there could be no 'crime mapping'.

Was this the crux of the matter, was the site getting to popular by providing state of the art facilities for residents and therefore increasing its viewing figures, which did not suit Fetcher or Montague who were responsible for starting this ball rolling.
