Neighbourhood Watch has expanded and grown since its inception -some 25 years ago, members are now very interested and wish to be involved in all aspects of community safety and with regards to their environment.

We are members of Voluntary Action, two of the three Area Forums and a number of Community Councils.

Voluntary Action

Voluntary Action's CVS is part of a network of 58 independent organisations that provide support to the voluntary sector at a local level.

Barrhead, Neilston, Uplawmoor and Newton Mearns North.

Community Councils

As part of the process of NHW members participating in local issues, we have a few members who represent NHW on their local community councils.

 There are also a few Community Councillors who also are NHW members.

Should you have any issues that you feel should be taken up by the Community Council in your area, please e mail the representative.

Community Health and Care Partnership

The Community Health and Care Partnership is responsible for delivering all local health and social care services for the residents of East Renfrewshire.

It is committed to improving the health of people living and working in East Renfrewshire and making a difference to health inequalities.
